Prototype Shield Kits
Fotofab offers quick and easy shielding solutions with two prototype kits for standard and small-size shields. Each kit contains a variety of shield sizes chemically etched of brass material with tin plating, which are excellent for shielding and solderability.
These parts are designed to be formed by hand. With 90° internal bend lines, no additional tools are needed to form the shield. The sidewalls of each prototype shield offer variable heights, so you can create a wall height of 0.75″, 0.50”, or 0.25” by simply breaking away each 0.25” section by bending the wall back and forth at the bend line.
Shield Prototype Kits are ready-to-ship, no tooling or production time is required.
