Fotofab’s precise photochemical etching process creates extremely tight tolerances and configurations for thin metal parts used in the automotive industry, including applications within electric vehicles.
We etch high-quality grade materials with a photographically prepared mask applied to the work surface.
The mask protects the underlying base metal while a tightly controlled chemistry removes metal to create exact-to-print parts in less time and at more affordable costs than other processes like CNC machining and stamping.
